We also keep the correspondence that follows.
Information collected automatically
- Our web host and network provider, Cloudflare, processes requests to the site and may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and referring page. We use Cloudflare's privacy-focused web analytics to understand how the site is used.
- The support forms store a random identifier in your browser's local storage so the support system can recognize repeat submissions from the same browser. It is not linked to your identity unless you submit a form.
- Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google.
